复杂信号可重构复用技术自动测试系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 复杂被测对象往往具有复杂的信号类型,而先进的自动测试系统应该能够适应这种需求。为此,文中提出了一种自动测试系统中复杂信号的可重构复用技术,从硬件和软件方面说明了系统的设计原理和实现方法。针对不同类型的设备,解决了在同一端口对多种不同信号类型的复用。基于这种技术,并结合虚拟仪器技术,我们设计了某设备自动测试系统,以完成激励信号的产生、响应信号的检测、工作状态的监测、故障诊断与定位等功能。实践表明:该系统具有易操作、测试精度高、便于扩展、通用性强等优点,极大地提高了复杂系统的测试效率,对于设计先进的自动测试系统,具有较强的参考价值。 The complex measured objects often have complex test signal type,and advanced automatic test system should be able to meet this need.For this reason,this paper proposes a new technology of reconstruction and multi- plexing complex signals,which describes the methods of design and implementation by the hardware and software.For different types of equipment,it solves the need of a variety of different signal types on the same port multiplexing. We have designed an automatic test system for a device,which possesses producing excitation signal,acquiring response signal,supervising working condition,malfunction-diagnosing,fault-locating and etc.,based on the above and combined virtual instrument technique.Experiments show that the ATS(automatic test system)was easy to operate with high precision,upgrade and generalize,improving the test efficiency of the complex system vastly.For the design of advanced automatic test system,this approach has a strong reference value.
