NVNA精细频率栅相位校准机理及验证

摘要 该文针对现有的非线性矢量网络分析仪(NVNA)相位校准时,相位校准频率分辨率较低的问题,提出了一种基于精细频率栅定标的NVNA精细频率相位响应校准新方法。推导了校准过的平方律检波器实现对非线性矢量网络分析仪的窄带校准的基本原理,给出了校准流程。ADS仿真和原型实验表明该方法的有效性,其相位校准频率分辨率达到了100 kHz。 This paper studies on the low phase frequency resolution of the phase calibration of a mixer-based two- port coaxial nonlinear vector network analyzer(NVNA),especially the absolute calibration techniques.A new method of fine frequency grid calibration based on squared crystal detector has been made.The narrowband calibration principle of the way to calibrate the NVNA by using the squared crystal detector was deduced,and the calibration process was given.Simulation results of ADS and the prototype experiment prove the effectiveness of the proposed method,and its phase calibration frequency resolution achieves 100 kHz.
