摘要
针对目前大部分酒厂在白酒发酵温度采集方法上存在测量位置、测量时间精确性差以及劳动成本高的问题,文中设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的白酒发酵温度监测系统。该系统以STM8L单片机和Si4432射频芯片为网络平台,设计了数据采集处理系统,利用VC++及虚拟仪器LabVIEW编写程序,实现对数据的采集、存储、分析和管理。经过酒厂实际运行测试,证明该系统具有良好的白酒发酵温度监测和无线通信功能。
Aim at the problems of liquor fermentation temperature acquisition methods which have low accuracy of measuring position or measuring time and high labor costs,this paper designs a fermentation temperature monitoring system in pits based on the WSN. The data acquisition system was design a networking platform based on STMSL MCU and Si4432 RF chips,and it was also controlled and processed by LabVIEW and VC++ software. It realizes the data acquisition,storage,analysis and management too. The actual test in a winery shows that the system has good liquor fermentation temperature monitoring and wireless communication capabilities.
