摘要 板形控制算法是冷轧带钢板形控制系统的核心内容,它的优劣性直接决定了板形控制效果的好坏。但冷轧机本身是一种高度非线性、时变的复杂物理系统,目前尚不能对其进行精确建模,这也决定了不能得到理想的板形控制效果。该文从控制原理上进行根本性的改变,提出具有原始创新的技术方案,有效解决已有技术方案存在的技术难点和缺陷,实现高精度的冷轧带钢板形控制。该方法成功应用于某钢厂,并取得了显著的应用效果。 The shape control algorithm was the core content of cold rolled strip shape control system,its quality directly determines the quality effect of shape control of plate. But the cold rolling mill was a kind of complex physical systems which were highly nonlinear,time-varying,and it was not accurate for its modeling,this also decided not to get the ideal control effect. This paper was fundamental change from the control principle,put forward the technological scheme of original innovation,and effectively solve the technical difficulties and the defects of existing technical scheme,realizing high precision of the cold roiled strip shape control. This method has been successfully applied to a steel mill,and achieved remarkable application results.
