摘要
试飞和试验数据的管理和分析是飞机研制过程中必不可少的一个环节。文中基于IntePLM平台开发了一套民用飞机的试飞试验数据管理系统。它采用智能客户端方式并融合了B/S和C/S优势,是易于部署和管理的客户端应用程序。该系统包含数据管理和数据分析处理两大方面内容,既能有效的管理试飞和试验数据,又能在联网或在单机上处理数据。该系统还根据型号研制的需求,定制了数据处理模块,并且能够对处理过程进行存储,方便批处理,自动生成试验报告。
Management and analysis of fly test data was a key part in development procedure of aircraft .This paper developed a fly test data management system of civil airplane based on IntePLM. It was an easily-distributed and managed software which was applied smart client and combined the advantage of B/S and C/S. It realized two parts of functions which were data management and data analysis. This system can not only manage the fly test data effectively,but also can analyze data with or without internet. It also customize the process module of data analysis based on the requirement of aircraft design to be convenient for group processing,and it can save the operation steps as a file and build the test reoort automatically.
