摘要
为解决钨灯发热对测量稳定性产生的影响,该测色系统将钨灯与测头分离,钨灯与钨灯电源安装在专用光源室中。测色装置固定在主机内,通过光纤将光传输至测头内,并采用PID模块对电流进行稳流控制。简化了测色步骤,提高了颜色测量的自动化水平、测量精度及稳定性。
In order to solve the impact of the heat, that tungsten lamp lights, on stability of measurement, tungsten lamp and probe were separated in this color measuring system. The tungsten lamp and power were installed in the special light ventricular. The instrument of colorimeter was fixed in the host. And the light was transfered to the probe by fiber. The current was stabilized by using PID module. So that, the process of measurement was simplified. The level of automation, precision and stability of measure- ment was improved.
