摘要
针对目前中小汽车刹车盘生产企业检测手段落后、检测精度低的问题,研制了一台刹车盘自动检测设备,从机械设计、电气控制和软件实现3个方面阐述了该设备的研制方法。该设备实现了刹车盘主要技术指标的快速准确检测、检测数据实时显示和检测报表自动打印,对改变企业检测设备落后的现状、提高检测的效率和智能化水平具有重要意义。
In view of out-dated means and low-precision detection in many small and medium-sized automobile brake discs manufacturing enterprises,the auto-detection instrument for brake discs was designed. Design means of the instrument was intro- duced from three aspects of mechanical design, electrical control and software implementation. This instrument can realize fast, pre- cise detection of major technical indicators of brake discs, real-time data display and automatic report printing. It is important to change the backward present situation of detection equipment of enterprises, detection efficiency and intelligent level is improved.
