摘要
介绍了一种远程自动控制计量闸门控制系统,设计了基于ARM的主控与存储电路、GPRS模块、LCD模块、太阳能供电系统及电压转换模块、数据采集接口、电机与限位开关接口电路、图像采集模块等的硬件平台,开发了闸门终端和控制中心应用软件,在不同灌区进行了闸门应用试验。试验结果表明:开发的远程自动控制与测流计量的一体化闸门控制系统运行稳定,测流精度高,操作简单,水情适应性强,可以满足灌区信息化建设的要求。
A remote automatic metering sluice gate control system was proposed. The hardware platform of terminal control sys- tem was designed, including central control unit, GPRS communication model, LCD model, solar power supporting module, sensor and ADC interface, stepper motor and limit switch input interface, image gathering module. The remote information center applica- tion software and sluice gate control software were developed. Some application experiments were carried out in different irrigation districts. The experimental result indicates that the water gate has many advantages such as high stability and metering precision, well adaptation for water and easy to use, and can meet the requirements of the information construction of irrigation area.
