摘要 设计了基于LabVIEW平台的双向汽车遥控钥匙寿命自动检测系统,替代了传统的人工检测,提高了检测精度和效率。在LabVIEW开发环境中使用VISA进行串口通讯控制气缸的动作实现自动按键,实现遥控钥匙向车载板发送高频信号,同时也可以接收汽车的反馈信号。通过GPIB接口实现了安捷伦频谱仪的实时控制和数据采集,使用SQL语言实现了两种数据库查询的方式。并已成功将此系统用于工业现场。 This paper designed the two-way life automatic detection system for remote key based on labVIEW, it replaced the traditional manual detection and improves the detection accuracy and efficiency. The action of cylinder was controlled by using VI- SA for serial communication in LabVIEW development environment to realize automatic keying, to make remote key send high fre- quency signal to the vehicle plate and at the same time accept feedback signal from the vehicle. The real-time control and data ac- quisition of Agilent spectrum analyzer was realized by using GPIB interface and the using of SQL language implements two types of database queries. The system has been successfully applied in industrial field.
