针刺结合运动康复疗法对中风偏瘫患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力的影响

E ffect of Acupuncture and Exercise Rehabilitation on Motor Function and Activity of Daily Living in Hemiplegia Patients After Stroke

目的观察针刺结合运动康复对中风偏瘫患者的运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法将129例患者随机分为观察组69例和对照组60例,对照组患者给予神经内科常规药物治疗和运动康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,观察两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分、运动功能、日常生活活动能力和肌力分布的变化。结果两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、肌力分布、Fugl-Meyer评分及BI评分与治疗前比较均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动康复治疗与针刺结合运动康复治疗均能明显改善患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力,且针刺结合运动康复的改善效果更加明显。

Objective：To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation on motor function and activity of daily living of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods：129 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,69 in observation group and 60 in control group.The patients in control group were given routine medication and exercise rehabilitation while the patients in observation group were given acupuncture based on the treatment of control group.The score of neurological deficits,distribution of muscular strength,Fugl-Meyer and BI were evaluated after treatment.Results：The score of neurological deficits,distribution of muscular strength,Fugl-Meyer and BI of two groups had no significant differences compared with the score before treatment （P＞ 0.05）.The score of neurological deficits,Fugl-Meyer and BI of two groups after treatment had significant differences compared with the score before treatment（P＜ 0.05）.And the score of observation group had more effects than that in control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic of exercise rehabilitation or acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation could improve the motor function and activity of daily living of hemiplegia patients.The therapeutic of acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation has better effects on patients than exercise rehabilitation treatment only.
