中药熏蒸配合手法整复治疗急性腰扭伤及其护理观察

Observation of Herb Fumigation Combined with Manipulative Reduction on Patients with Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的观察急性腰扭伤患者实施整复手法联合熏蒸中药护理的临床效果。方法入选的急性腰扭伤患者200例,随机分为两组各100例,观察组实施整复手法联合熏蒸中药疗法,对照组仅实施熏蒸中药疗法,观察两组的临床效果和并发情况。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的并发情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性腰扭伤患者实施整复手法联合熏蒸中药疗法,止痛活血,温经祛瘀,缓解肌肉痉挛,临床效果确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with manipulative reduction on patients with acute lumbar sprain.Methods：200 cases of acute lumbar sprain were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.Observation group was given fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with manipulative reduction while control group was only given fumigation therapy.The clinical effect and complications were observed in two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P＜ 0.05）.Complications after treatment in observation group were significantly better than those in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with manipulative reduction on patients with acute lumbar sprain can promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis and relieve pain and muscle spasm,which has good clinical effect.
