国内外研究表明:阅读疗法对治疗抑郁症具有费用低、副作用小、疗效显著的优点。抗抑郁书方(书药处方)的研制是世界各国阅读疗法研究的重点。该文根据多年大学生抑郁症阅读疗法书方研究经验,以《生命的重建》为例,介绍了这本抗抑郁有效验方的研制过程及其适应症、作用、服用方法、注意事项等。分析了该书的药性及作用机制,提出了阅读疗法书方研制要遵循科学化、规范化的原则。
