摘要
协同管理群体特征与绩效管理个性特征的聚合和交叉所产生的木桶效应,可直观显示高职院校图书馆的发展短板以补救失衡状态。基于此,导入协同管理理念,量化和模块化《全国高职高专院校图书馆建设指南》指导下的各省区市制定的评价指标和细则,搭建三级架构绩效系统平台,以宏观调适高职院校图书馆建设,推动全国高职院校图书馆科学地共同发展。
Bucket effect produced in the polymerization and combination of collaborative management group characteristics and performance management personality characteristics, could visually show the weaknesses in the vocational libraries development, in order to remedy the imbalance. Based on collabora- tive management theory, quantified evaluation rules and modular of provinces under the guidance of Nation- al Vocational College Libraries Construction Guide, it is hoped to build performance management system of three levels architectures, so as to dynamically display and macro-control the vocational college libraries construction, in order to promote the vocational college libraries development in general.
