我国乳制品行业现状分析及对策研究——基于2013年“洋乳品”危机事件

Analyze and Study the Current Situation and Measures of Chinese Dairy Industry——Based on the Crisis Affair about “Foreign Dairy Product” in 2013

乳业是农业的重要组成部分,乳业发展水平是衡量一个国家现代畜牧业发展水平的重要标志。近些年来,我国乳制品行业呈现出高速发展的趋势,但同时也暴露出一些深层次的问题。自2008年爆发"三聚氰胺"事件以来,国内消费者对整个乳制品行业的不信任导致"洋乳品"抢占了国内高端乳制品市场。然而,2013年乳品市场反垄断及质量安全问题似乎令"洋乳品"陷入危机。本文透过2013年"洋乳品"的危机事件,分析我国乳制品行业现状,利用SWOT方法,分析我国乳制品行业发展的优劣势、机遇、威胁,进而指出我国乳制品行业现阶段存在的主要问题,从规模化经营、产品研发、品牌建设、建立和完善利益分配机制等方面提出相应的对策建议。

Dairy industry is an important component in agriculture. Its development level is an important symbol to measure a country＇s modern animal husbandry development level. In recent years, Chinese dairy industry presents a trend which is developping rapidly, but at the same time, profound problems ane exposed. The melamine scandal has been borken out since 2008, domestic consumers distruct the whole dairy industry , leading to a ressuh that foreign dairy product occupate domestic top dairy product market. However, the problems of anti-monopoly and quality safety seems to bring foreige dairy product into crisis. This paper through dairy product crisis affair, analyze Chinese dairy industry＇ s current situation, making use of SWOT method to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Chinese dairy industry＇s development, further find the main problems in Chinese dairy industry at the lately development stage, put forward the proposal from the scale operation, product research and development, brand construction, benefit allocation system establishment and perfection in some ways.
