摘要
设计了一套以S3C2440A芯片为硬件核心的压铸机控制系统,进行了具体的PCB电磁兼容的可靠性分析,并完成了整个监控系统的数据显示、曲线显示、报警、保存历史数据等应用程序的功能实现。在系统的软硬件平台搭建设计完成之后,又进行整机的组装测试。经试验验证,本设计的大型压铸机压射实时控制系统完成了压射速度的控制显示功能,主板、传感器、液晶显示均能可靠工作,性能参数达到了设计要求。
A set of die-casting machine control system with S3C2440A core chip as hardware was designed, PCB electromagnetic compatibility was analyzed, and the entire monitoring system data show were achieved, which is the curve display, alarm, preservation of historical data and other applications functions of the program. Hardware and software platform was built, the whole system was assembled and tested. The experimental verification, the injection speed display function was achieved of large-scale die-casting machine injection real-time control system, the performance ofmotherboards, sensors, LCD are reliable, the parameters meet the design requirements.
