卷入性气孔的形成原因及预防

摘要 研究了卷入性气孔的形成机理,讨论了液态金属翻腾卷入、液态金属旋转吸入、液态金属下落带入等气孔产生方式,提出了预防气孔的方法。主要方法有:采用三角形、长方形浇注漏斗;在圆形浇注漏斗内放入锥形的波纹铁丝网,放一字形、十字形档板;用高度较小的盘状底漏包浇注,降低浇注漏斗的高度;增大其出口的直径或通过直孔过滤器把液态金属雨淋式引入浇口等。进行了实践验证,证明方法正确、有效。 The blowhole formation mechanism was studied, and holes generation method was discussed such as perturbation, rotation, and falling of melt, methods of prevention blowhole were proposed. The main methods are as follow: triangular, rectangular ladle was adopted; a circular cone corrugated fence was placed in ladle, and "--" shape, cross baffle plate was set; the casting was poured by using of disk-shaped bottom leak ladle with a smaller height, the height of pouring funnel was lowered; its outlet diameter was increased or the liquid metal was led through shower gate by straight holes filter, etc. The production practice shows that method is correct and effective.
