摘要
配制了铸钢用砂型涂料,通过正交试验,测试了膨润土和水玻璃的加入量不同时铸造涂料的悬浮性,分析了膨润土和水玻璃对配制的涂料悬浮性的影响。结果表明,涂料悬浮性随着钠基膨润土和水玻璃加入量的增加而增大,而骨料对悬浮性的影响不显著。
The coating was prepared for casting steel. The suspension properties of coatings were tested with different content of Na bentonite and sodium silicate based on the orthogonal test. The influences of bentonite and sodium silicate on the suspension property were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the content of Na bentonite and sodium silicate, the suspension properties of coatings have a tendency to increase; while the influence of aggregate on the suspension property is not distinct
