摘要
强心甙类药物作为强心剂在临床上一直被广泛应用。随着对其研究的深入,研究者发现该类药物也具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。机制研究显示,除其作用靶点Na+-K+-ATP酶外,诱导细胞凋亡与自噬、调节细胞周期以及影响细胞内信号转导等对该类药物抗肿瘤活性的发挥有着重要意义。本文将对其复杂的抗肿瘤机制进行综述。
Cardiac glycosides (CGs) have been used in clinic for many years as cardiotonic drugs and they also display strong anti-cancer activities. Mechanistic studies show that many mechanisms are involved in the anti- cancer effects of CGs, including inhibition of Na+ -K+ -ATPase, induction of cell apoptosis and autophagy, regula- tion of cell cycle as well as influence of cell signal transduction. We aim to discuss the complicated molecular mechanisms of CGs in cancer therapy.
