响应曲面法优化树莓叶中鞣花酸的提取工艺 被引量:10

Optimization of extraction parameters of ellagic acid from raspberry leaves using response surface methodology

摘要 目的:优化树莓叶中鞣花酸的提取工艺。方法:选取乙醇浓度、提取时间及液料比为自变量,采用响应曲面法研究各因素及其交互作用对树莓叶中鞣花酸提取的影响。模拟得出了鞣花酸提取的回归方程,确定鞣花酸提取的最佳条件。结果:优化得到的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度为24.6%;提取温度为90℃;提取时间为68.3 min;液料比为1∶13.6;盐酸浓度为3.24%。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、预测性良好。 Objective: To optimize the process of extracting ellagic acid from raspberry leaves. Methods: Ethanol concentration, extraction time and liquid ratio were selected as independent variables of response surface methodology to study the effects of various factors and their interactions on extraction of ellagic acid from raspberry leaves. The extraction regression equation for ellagic acid was obtained by simulation and the optimum extraction conditions of ellagic acid were determined. Results: The optimal extraction parameters were as follows: ethanol con- centration 24.6% , extraction temperature 90 ℃ , extraction time 68.3 min, liquid ratio 1: 13.6, and hydrochloric acid concentration 3.24%. Conclusion: The extraction technology is reliable ,reasonable and highly predictive.
