基于党内民主的视角探析苏共亡党

Analysis the collapse of CPSU basing on the perspective of Inner-Party Democracy

党内民主是党的生命。党内民主对于全面加强党的建设、保持党的先进性有着十分重要的意义。然而苏共党内既得利益集团规避发展党内民主,致使民主在苏共党内政治生活中严重缺失,以及僵化的苏联共产党建党模式对党内民主的吞噬,都成为了苏共垮台的诱发性因素。

Inner-Party Democracy is the life of the Party, and it is of great significance to fully strengthen the Party building and maintain the advancement of the Party. However, interest groups within the party avoid the development of Inner-Party Democracy, resulting in a serious lack of democracy in the political life of the Soviet Communist Party, and the rigid mode of the Soviet Communist Party swallows the Inner-Party Democracy,all of which become the induced factors of collapse of the Soviet Communist party.
