摘要
本文采用DEA-Tobit两阶段法对2008-2012年我国21家新能源汽车上市公司生产效率及影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:我国新能源汽车上市公司生产效率还比较低;大规模企业各项效率值都明显优于中小规膜企业;净资产收益率、总资产周转率、大专及以上学历人员比例、企业规模与新能源汽车上市公司生产效率呈现显著的正相关;第一大股东持股比例、速动比率、主营收入增长率对新能源汽车上市公司的生产效率影响不显著。基于实证结果,提出了提高新能源汽车上市公司生产效率的政策建议。
This paper uses two- stage analysis to evaluate the production efficiency of 21 listed companies of new- energy vehicles and the factors which impact on it, based on the data from 2008 to 2012. The results show that the production efficiency of Chlna's new energy vehicles is still low, and etilcieney value of large - scale enterprises is significantly better than small and medium - scale enterpris- es, ROE, total assets turnover. College degree or above persennd pmpertion and the enterprise scale show a significant positive correla- tion with production efficiency, and there is no significant correlations existing between the proportion of the first shareholder, Quick Ratio, the main revenue growth rate and enterprise production efficiency. According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the corre- sponding policy suggestions of improving the production efficiency of new energy automobile listing companies.
