摘要
地方政府对产业集群成长的作用一直是学术界和实业界的重要议题。本文基于对温州、海宁、青岛和东莞四地产业集群的实地调研,运用实证分析方法研究政府行为对产业集群企业合作营销的作用。研究表明,政府在政策、市场和资源要素方面的支持对产业集群企业的合作营销均产生正向影响,且由于行业背景的不同,对于传统产业集群和高新技术产业集群而言,上述三方面的政府行为的重要性和影响程度均有所不同。
It has always been an important issue about the local government effect on the growth of industrial clusters in academia and the business community. This research uses empirical method to analysis the effect about government behavior on co- marketing of in- dustry duster finns that based on the field research in Wenzhou, Haining, Qingdao and Dongguan four industrial dusters. The results show that government's supports on policies, markets and elements of the resources have a positive impact on cooperative marketing of in- dustry duster finm, and for traditional industries clusters and high - tech industry clusters, the focus of government action and its effect on the market are also different because of different industry background.
