摘要
文章采用不确定性分析方法,对箱型梁结构提高舰船舱内爆炸后剩余极限强度的作用进行评估。针对箱型梁结构舰船和普通结构舰船,通过将蒙特卡洛方法与数值模拟相结合,得到其剩余极限承载能力的概率分布。其中,舱内爆炸下的结构响应采用MSC.Dytran进行模拟,剩余极限强度通过非线性有限元法计算。对得到的样本数据,通过正态分布法或最大熵法来估算其目标概率,并将箱型梁结构和普通结构的结果进行比较。结果表明:箱型梁结构可以显著地提高舰船在遭受舱内爆炸破坏后仍保持较高剩余极限承载能力的概率,从而提高其生命力。
This paper presents a reliability analysis approach to assess the improvement of the box girder structure on the ship residual ultimate strength after cabin inner explosion. The Monte Carlo Method combined with numerical simulations is applied, obtaining the destroy probabilities of both the box girder ship and a common structure ship. The structural responses of the blast loaded ships are obtained by MSC.Dytran, and the nonlinear finite element method is implemented in the calculation of the residual ultimate bearing capacity. The probability estimation is achieved by normal distribu-tion method and maximum entropy method. Comparisons of the results indicate that the box girder structure can significantly increase the probability of maintaining a relatively high residual bearing capacity after cabin inner explosion, thus improving the survivability of the ship.
