摘要
通过对京广高速铁路牵引变电所内高压设备发生接地故障或接触网跳闸时、引起相邻或线路上配电室馈出线(综合贯通、一级贯通)零序过电流保护误动跳闸问题的分析,提出了设计阶段应该统筹考虑保护的配合、运营阶段应实测配电室可能出现最大零序电流对整定值进行修订以提高单相接地故障时零序过电流保护的灵敏度,简述了现场应用效果。
By analyzing the false operation of the feeder zero sequence current protection in switch room when traction substation or contact line bring earth fault in Beiing--Guangzhou high-speed railway, Introduces design phase should calculate protective match and operating phase should measure the zero sequence current, amends setting value for enhance sensitivity of zero sequence current protection in one-phase short-circuit, describes the applied circumstance.
