摘要
水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)是一种无磷水处理剂,能与水中钙、镁等离子形成螯合物,并能促使晶格畸变.HPMA的阴离子被碳酸钙晶核吸附后,使晶核带有电荷,由于同性电相斥,微小的晶粒分散到水溶液中,使沉淀转为流动性好的松散性水渣,对剥离老垢有良好的效果.HPMA与其他低磷缓蚀阻垢剂如ATMP、PBTCA等配伍,形成的复合缓蚀阻垢剂,广泛应用于工业循环水处理.简述水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)的合成、性能以及以水解聚马来酸酐为主体的复配新型缓蚀阻垢剂,分析水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)的发展和应用前景.
HPMA is a kind of non-phosphorus water treatment agent, which can form into chelate with calcium, magnesium, and plasma, and can promote the lattice distortion. The Calcium carbonate crystal nuclear is charged after the HPMP anions are absorbed into it. The Charged small grains of the nuclear scatter around in the water based on the principle of isotropic electrical repulsion, thus make good fluidity of loose water slag, which has good effect of stripping the old scale.In the industrial circulating water treatment, HPMA and other low phosphorus scale inhibitor such as ATMP, PBTCA compatibility, forming a composite corrosion and scale inhibitor, is widely applied in industrial circulation water treatment. This paper briefly describes synthesis, properties of HPMA and HPMA as the main body of the combination model of corrosion inhibitors, analyzes hydrolyzed development and application prospect of HPMA.
