体育高考项目之“原地掷实心球”存在的盲点与误区

A study of present blind spots and mistaken concepts of throwing the medicine ball in a fixed place in the sports college entrance examination

为了探索新生带着腰伤入学的原因,用文献综述对查找的资料即原地掷实心球技术动作的教学、训练方法进行分析研究.结果发现,原地掷实心球不管是在中学课程教学还是体育高考的训练中,均存在着盲点和误区,同时为了原地掷实心球能够有更合理的教学方法和训练方法,确保学生在练习过程中的人身安全与健康发展,指出了实心球技术动作和力量训练方面较明显存在的教学误区与同行商讨,同时建议更多专业教师共同清除存在的盲点和误区.

The paper aims to analyze the teaching and training methods of throwing the medicine ball when standing in a fixed place by collecting lots of bibliographies of the subject, based on in-depth researches on the cases that new students coming with waist injury. The results show that there are blind spot and long-standing mistaken concept of the subject either in middle school PE classes or in sports college entrance exams trainings, and it helps to form a more suitable teaching and training method to ensure the well-being of the students when practicing the subject.
