摘要
通过对未加热和反复加热的玉米胚芽油进行红外光谱研究,得到了快速测量复热油吸光度光谱的方法。记录不同加热时刻的同种复热玉米油的傅里叶变换红外光谱,结合红外光谱分析法得出复热玉米油红外光谱特征峰曲线,从而快速、准确地测量复热玉米油的吸光度光谱,同时建立了2 920 cm-1处特征峰吸光度与加热时间之间关系的数学模型。此方法可作为市场复热食用油的快速筛查,也可为地沟油检测方法的建立提供依据。
Based on the study of infrared spectroscopy of the unheated and repeated heating corn germ oil, the identification method is ap.proaehed to measure quickly the absorbency spectroscopy of the reheated corn oil. The article records the Fourier transform in- frared spectrum of the reheated eonspecifie corn oil at the different time, gets the peaks curve of repetitive heating oil's infrared spectrums combining with the analysis techniques of infrared spectrum so as to quickly and exactly measure the absorbance spectrum of the repetitive heating oil, and a mathematical model of relationship between absorbanee spectrum and heating time in the 2920 cm^-1 of peaks curve is established at the same time. This method has the advantages of simplicity ,small dosage and rapidness for the quality analysis of reheated oil in market screening, also can be used as the theoretical evidence to determine the waste oil.
