摘要
主要介绍激光驱动器的作用与性能,以MAX3656为例,详细分析了它的主要功能模块以及APC环路。对它的电性能进行了研究与测试,并用示波器观测调制模块与偏置模块的输出信号的实测图。通过对其电性能的研究,了解它的工作能力,以及在光模块的实际应用中,调制电流和偏置电流的设定范围和整个APC环路的作用。
This paper mainly introduces the function and performance of laser driver. By taking MAX3656 as an example, it analyzes the functional module and APC loop in detail. The research and test of its electrical property have been conducted. Oscilloscope is also used for monitoring the measured drawing of signals input by modulation module and bias module. From the study of its electrical property, its operational capability, the setting range of modulation electricity and bias electricity and role of APC loop in the practical application of optical module can be understood.
