摘要
利用20L爆炸球装置进行实验测试,研究了不同点火能量、粉尘云质量浓度及湿含量条件下含湿粉尘的燃烧爆炸行为。结果表明,点火能小于4kJ时,随点火能增大,粉尘爆炸猛烈度增大;湿含量对爆炸猛烈度有较显著的影响,含湿粉尘爆炸猛烈度随粉尘云质量浓度的增大表现出与干粉类似的先增后减规律,但其可爆浓度范围、最大爆炸压力及升压速率相应减小。从吸热和粉尘团聚作用两方面阐述了水分对粉尘爆炸的惰化机理。
Systematic experiments were carried out for the explosions of pre-humidification coal dust in the Siwek 20-L sphere.Influences on explosion behaviors of the ignition energy,dust concentration and moisture content were investigated.It is found that when ignition energy is less than 4 kJ,the explosion severity increases with ignition energy; the explosion severity is significantly dependent on the ignition energy,with the increase of dust concentration,the pre-humidification coal dust has similar explosion behaviors as the dry coal dust,but narrower explosive concentration range and lower explosion severity.The inerting mechanism of water to dust explosion was explained in points of endothermic and dust reunion.
