能力结构模型驱动的信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式研究——基于10余所高校的调研分析

A Research on the Cultivation Pattern of Information Management and Information System Driven by Ability Structural Model——Based on the Survey in More Than Ten Colleges and Universities

社会需求旺盛,现实培养成效却不理想,信息管理与信息系统专业面临着人才培养模式改革的复杂论题。文章基于10余所高校的调研分析,剖析目前信管专业建设中存在的困惑,从培养目标入手,分析该专业的知识结构,构建能力结构模型,以能力结构模型为指导,探讨专业培养模式改革方案。

Social demands for information management and information system are strong, but practical cultivation effect is not ideal. It is a complex thesis to reform the cultivation mode for the major. Based on the survey in more than ten colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the specialty construction. Considering the cultivation aim, analyzing the knowledge structure, an ability structural model is built up. Under the guidance of the model, the paper explores the reform programs for the major training.
