摘要
需求响应强调用户的主动性。电力系统维持瞬时平衡需要考虑不同时间产生的用电量对系统的不同影响,只采用价格需求弹性不足以全面描述电力负荷的弹性。提出负荷时间弹性概念,以充分考虑用户在用电时间上的选择余地,从定性分析和定量分析2个角度评价用户在不同时段间转移负荷的时间弹性大小,并给出算例分析。负荷时间弹性可为需求响应、分时电价、有序用电优化等应用提供支持。
Demand response emphasizes the consumers' initiative. The power consumption for different time may have great effects on the power system which need maintain the instantaneous balance, and the price elasticity of demand is not enough to describe the flexibility of power load entirely. This article puts forward the concept of the time elasticity of electric load to fully consider the consumers' choices on consmnption time. From the qualitative analysis aspect and the quantitative analysis one respectively, the time elasticity of electric load between different times is evaluated, and the example analysis is given. The time elasticity of electric load could support the demand response, time-of-use power price and orderly power utility.
