摘要
提出"课题式"能效小组活动模式以及组建能效服务团队的工作思路。设计了"课题式"能效活动小组组建、活动开展的运作流程,以及"能效服务团队"的组织结构,进一步理清大营销体系下各班组之间能效工作的流程关系。在目前经费、技术、人才等资源有限的情况下,通过"课题式"能效小组活动模式的推广实践,有效地解决提高小组成员的活动积极性、活动内容的专业性、项目签约成功率等难题。
The article innovatively proposes the activity patterns of topic-stytle energy efficiency activity group,and the way to build energy efficiency service team. It designs the operational processes of formation and activity for topic-stytle energy efficiency activity group,and the organization structure of energy efficiency service team,and clear the division of labor among the team under centralized marketing. The practice solves the problem of fund, technology and human resources effectively, motivate energy efficiency group, makes the activity more professional, improves the success rate of contract through the promotion.
