摘要
运用峰谷电价可以实现削峰填谷,降低用户电能成本,有效地减少电网备用容量,减少和延缓电源及电网投资,对于提高电网经济运行及全社会资源配置水平具有重要意义。随着峰谷电价执行效果的显现,近年来物价部门对于峰谷电价执行范围进行了调整,针对这一政策,从传递不对等电价信息、释放反向激励信号、加剧电价交叉补贴等3方面对峰谷电价执行范围调整的主要特征及意义进行了分析,并提出相应建议。
