摘要
结合电力企业供电服务现状,介绍了基于地理信息系统的移动作业终端在供电服务中的应用方法和效果。主要包括:建设供电服务技术支撑平台,集成营销信息化系统和配网生产业务系统等,对抢修车辆配置具备GPS定位功能的车载终端,对抢修人员配发智能PAD终端,通过CDMA无线网络,实现与主站系统的信息交互,实现智能故障抢修管理、停电可视化管理、营销服务资源可视化管理等功能,解决95598供电服务调度业务的"盲调"问题。
Combined with the conent situations of power supply service of electric power enterprises, it introduces the application method and result of mobile operation terminal based on geographic inh)rmation system in power supply service. The method mainly includes: the construction of power supply service technical support platform, integrated marketing information system and distribution business of production system, the vehicle terminal repair vehicle configuration with GPS positioning function, the repair personnel dispensing smart PAD terminal, the CDMA wireless net-work which realizes information exchange with the master station system, and intelligent fault repair management, visual management for power cut, marketing service resources visualization management and other functions, to solve "blind" problems in the 95598 power supply service dispatch.
