摘要
硫化氢是一种毒性气体。急性硫化氢中毒导致死亡的事例时有发生。近年发现硫化氢作为气体信号分子参与急性肺损伤(ALI)等多种疾病的发病过程,但研究结果颇不一致。本文对硫化氢中毒和近年有关硫化氢作为气体信号分子参与A LI等疾病发病的研究进行探析。
Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of toxic gas. Acute poisoning with hydrogen sulfide can often result in deathy. In recent years,it is found that hydrogen sulfide is involved in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury （ALI） and other diseases as a gasotransmitter. However, the study results are inconsistent. This article reviews the literatures about poisoning with hydrogen sulfide and the association between hydrogen sulfide and ALl in recent years.
