张掖市甘州区蜚蠊带菌情况调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查张掖市甘州区不同生境蜚蠊体表带菌情况,为预防和控制蜚蠊传播疾病提供科学依据。方法现场采用粘捕法采集活蜚蠊,带回实验室分离病原体,研究蜚蠊携带主要肠道致病菌的种类、数量。带菌状况检测。先做增菌培养,再进行分离培养,然后通过生化反应血清学鉴定(ELISA)和寄生虫镜检。结果从不同场所采集共96组蜚蠊体表带菌检测,检出细菌52组,总带菌检出率为54.17%.寄生虫1组,总带寄生虫卵为1.04%,病毒3组,总带病毒率为3.13%。其中体表共检出4种致病菌。主要有大肠埃希菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、变形杆菌。体表检出乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性3组,检出率为3.13%。以餐饮业捕获最多,其次是居民区,这主要与栖息场所温度、湿度适宜,食物丰富有关[1]。结论蜚蠊体表带菌带病毒状况严重,它在传播疾病方面的作用应该引起高度重视。 Objective To investigate the current situation of cockroaches carrying pathogens in different habitats in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of cockroach-spread diseases. Methods The sticky trap method was adopted to catch living cockroaches at various locations,and then they were taken back to the laboratory to obtain pathogens,and to study types and quantities of cockroaches carrying the main intestinal pathogenic bacteria. Bacteria were first cultured using agar plates, and then were isolated. After that, biochemical reaction,ELLSA and microscopic examination of the parasites were performed. Results Fifty-two groups of germs were detected,and the detection ratio was 54.17%. One group of parasite was detected, and the rate of parasitic ovum was 1.04%. Three groups of virus were detected,and the detection rate was 3.13%. Four groups of pathogens were detected,including e. coli, salmonella, shigella, and proteus. Hepatitis B antigen positive was found in 3 cases, and the rate of detection was 3.13%. Most of the pathogens were captured in the catering industry,followed by resi- dential areas,where temperature, humidity,and food were suitable for the growth of pathogens. Conclusion The problem of cockroaches carrying pathogens is becoming more serious in Ganzhou. Their role in the spread of disease should be seriously considered and measures must be taken to actively control this threat to human health.
