摘要
扩张性心肌病是一种主要累及心肌的原因不明的疾病,其发病机制可能与病毒感染、免疫调节异常、遗传因素等病因有关,近年来国内外发病率均有逐年升高的趋势,预后极差。已有研究表明,可以通过基因筛查选择易感基因进行干预来治疗此病,本文对近些年已研究过的与扩张性心肌病发病机制相关的基因进行综述,为从基因水平寻找其病因及发病机制提供依据。
Dilated cardiomyopathy is a myocardial disease,whose pathogenesis is involved with virus infection, immune dysregulation, genetic factors and so on. It＇s incidence has increased in recent years with very poor prognosis. Many studies have chosen susceptible genes through genetic screening to treat the disease. This review will study genes related to dilated cardiomyopathy in order to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the causes and pathogenesis of the disease at the gene level.
