促凋亡基因Nix的特性及对心肌疾病的作用 被引量:2

摘要 细胞凋亡是机体维持自身稳定的一种基本生理机制,是有许多基因产物及细胞因子参与的一种有序的细胞自我消亡形式。心肌细胞凋亡发生的主要机制是Bcl-2家族参与了细胞凋亡的"线粒体途径"。Bcl-2家族在线粒体凋亡通路中发挥了重要的作用,Nix蛋白是Bcl-2家族中BH3-only亚家族的一个促凋亡蛋白,其参与线粒体自噬、在低氧条件下能诱导细胞凋亡;Nix基因也可能是一个肿瘤抑制基因。近年研究发现其在诱导心肌细胞凋亡、坏死过程中发挥重要的作用。通过简述Nix特性、诱导细胞凋亡机制及通过对Nix在心肌疾病中的研究,来了解Nix在心肌疾病中的作用。 Apoptosis is a basic physiological mechanism that helps the body to maintain stability. It is an orderly cell death with many gene products and cell factors. The main mechanism of myocardial apoptosis is that Bcl-2 family is involved in the "mitochondrial pathways" of cell apoptosis. Bcl-2 family plays a significant role in mitochondrial apoptosis pathway. Nix is a pro-apoptosis protein of BH3-only in Bcl-2 family. It participates in mitochondrial autophagy, inducing cell apoptosis in low oxygen concentration. Nix gene may also be a tumor suppressor gene. In recent years, studies have showed that Nix plays a vital role in the myocardial apoptosis and necrosis. The characteristics of Nix, mechanism of cell apoptosis and function of apoptosis in myocardial disease are discussed in this article in order to illustrate the role of Nix in myocardial diseases.
