糖尿病患者对过热环境所致损害的易感性

摘要 2型糖尿病等慢性疾病可能会改变身体对过热的正常反应。已有研究表明,糖尿病引起的内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性损伤均会影响皮肤血流(SkBF)对局部热损耗(散热)反应.这就会降低过热或药物刺激所致的SkBF加快幅度。2型糖尿病会减少体温调节性出汗,因而机体把热量从体内传递到体外的传导能力则会降低。糖尿病相关的并发症和必须使用的治疗药物(尤其是那些会影响体液平衡的药物)也可减少SkBF和出汗,从而进一步增加糖尿病患者与过热相关疾病的健康风险。本文综述了2型糖尿病对热损耗反应的易感性。发现2型糖尿病及其并发症以及必需的治疗药物的使用可能会引起脱水、降低SkBF和减少出汗,进而影响这一人群的体温调节,且这一不良影响在血糖控制不佳的患者中表现得更加明显,但是那些经常参加体力活动的糖尿病人群,只需要更少的药物,同时也能很好的控制血糖水平,却和跟相似年龄和体型的健康人群一样能够耐受过热。
