广西大新锰矿选矿厂旧线破碎系统技改实践

摘要 针对中信大锰矿业有限责任公司大新锰矿分公司选矿厂旧线破碎设备老化,能耗偏高,产能低下等问题。在不改变原工艺流程结构的前提下进行技术改造,主要进行设备更新。选用技术性能优良的美卓C80型颚式破碎机,美卓GP100S型圆锥破碎机,美卓HP100型圆锥破碎机,山特维克LF1850振动筛,提高破碎、筛分效率,减少循环负荷,产能从30万t/a提高到50万t/a的同时,减少破碎成本0.77元/t,提高了选矿厂的经济效益。 In crushing equipment aging old line, we have found the high energy consumption and low production capacity, etc. This article puts forward to reform without changing the original structure under the premise of technical renovation of the technological process, with main equipment updated. In excellent technical performance such as Metso Type C80 jaw crusher, Metso GP100S type cone crusher, Metso HP100 type cone crusher, Sandvik LF1850 vibrating screen, it can improve the efficiency of the crushing and screening, by reducing cyclic load and improving the capacity from 300 000 t/a to 500 000 t./a, to break the cost 0.77 yuan/t to improve the economic benefits of the concentrator.
