新项目人力资源规划的探索

摘要 随着国内经济的飞速发展,很多外国公司陆续将生产向国内转移,或产品线转移,或现产品直接在国内开发、投产。在此过程中,全新产品的制造会面临人力资源缺乏、人员流动性大的挑战。文章结合S公司目前新产品项目的实际情况,对此进行了探索,并取得了阶段性成果。
