大规模群体知识共享氛围形成机理研究——以间接互惠为视角 被引量:1

摘要 随着企业规模的扩大和社交媒体的广泛应用,大规模知识共享正成为企业和学者们关注的焦点问题。构建了以间接互惠为核心的知识共享群体演化模型,旨在揭示大规模群体知识共享氛围形成机理。研究发现,外部收益与知识共享成本的关系是影响知识共享氛围形成的关键因素,而内部收益成本比、知识合作密度影响不共享者入侵的难度。
