低温等离子体表面改性掺锶羟基磷灰石的研究

摘要 为提高自制的纳米掺锶羟基磷灰石(Sr-HAP)粒子的分散性和蛋白吸附能力,采用低温等离子体表面改性接枝技术,在Sr-HAP粒子表面接枝了丙烯酸(AAc),并对接枝了丙烯酸的纳米粒子Sr-HAP-AAc进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析和悬浮稳定性的表征研究.结果发现:SrHAP-AAc在水溶液中的分散性增强和稳定性变好,并且对目标蛋白的吸附量明显增大. In order to improve the dispersion and protein adsorption of home-made strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite (Sr-HAP)nanoparticles, Sr-HAP was modified by low temperature plasma technology and surface of Sr-HAP was grafted with acrylic acid (AAc). The modified Sr-HAP-AAc was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and suspension stability. The results showed that the dispersibility, stability and adsorption to target protein of Sr-HAP-AAc were improved.
