摘要
使用离子交联方法处理棉织物,可以提高TiO2/SiO2溶胶颗粒在棉织物上的黏附强度,进而增强其自清洁性能的耐水洗牢度.利用阳离子醚化剂(CHTAC)和1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)对棉织物进行离子交联处理,然后使用不同摩尔比的TiO2/SiO2溶胶对织物进行自清洁涂层整理.研究结果表明,当TiO2与SiO2的摩尔比为50∶1时,处理后棉织物的自清洁性能最强,与未经离子交联处理的自清洁棉织物相比,其耐水洗牢度提高,并且经整理后棉织物的抗皱性也随之提高,经、纬向强力保持率分别为62.20%和52.00%.
To improve the adhesion strength of nano TiO2/SiO2 to cotton fabric, the ionic cross-linking method was studied to achieve the self-cleaning properties and improve the resistance to washing fastness.3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl (CHTAC) and 1, 2, 3, 4-butane tetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) were used to finish cotton fabric and ionic cross-linking was formed between them. After that, TiO2/SiO2 composite hydrosol of different ratios was applied to form coating possessed self-cleaning property. The research results show that the ratio of n (TiO2) : n (SiO2) = 50 : 1 exhibited obvious self-cleaning property, resistance to washing fastness and anti-wrinkle performance relative to only the TiO2/SiO2 composite hydrosol treatment. The tensile strength of the finished fabric attained to 62.20% and 52.00% compared with warp and weft direction, respectively.
