摘要
灵芝多糖是灵芝重要的活性物质,具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗癌等多种生物活性,具有很大的开发利用价值。本文综述了目前灵芝多糖提取、分离纯化、结构分析和生物活性方面的研究现状,并对灵芝多糖的发展利用前景做了展望。
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides （GLP） were extracted from the Ganoderma lucidum and was one of the most important bioactive substances such as anti-oxidant, immtmoregulation,anticancer. The research status on extraction, isolation and purification, structural analysis and biological activity of GLP. The development prospects were forecasted in this paper.
