摘要
针对柴油机传动齿轮结构特点,以某曲轴斜齿轮副为研究对象,运用三维接触有限元方法,计算分析了齿轮齿向接触应力分布及结构参数对其的影响,与常规理论方法计算结果吻合,说明有限元计算齿轮啮合接触应力结果合理、可信。研究表明该齿轮接触应力分布不均是由大的轴向弯曲变形导致两齿轮沿齿向的传动间隙不等引起,并运用螺旋角修形使齿向接触应力分布大为改善,为齿轮设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the structural feature of drive gears of diesel and taking crankshaft helical gears as the research object, the gear longitudinal contact stress distribution and influence of structural parameters are analyzed and calculation by using three dimensional contact finite element analysis method. The results agreed well with that of the conventional theory method, the reasonability and credibility of the results by finite element method is verified. This study shows that non--uniform con- tact stress distribution is caused by the longitudinal clearance inequality of the gear pair resulted by big axial bending deformation. Contact stress distribution is improved greatly by utilizing the helix angle modification method. It can provide support for gear design.
