摘要
根据齿轮啮合原理,基于斜齿轮的几何接触分析,对5种不同误差条件下的人字齿轮啮合过程进行计算机仿真,对传动过程中的齿面接触质量进行分析评估,得到5种不同误差条件下啮合过程中的接触印痕及传动误差曲线。观察仿真结果,分析了不同误差形式对人字齿轮传动性能的影响,有利于控制人字齿轮设计制造中的误差,对于提高人字齿轮传动质量具有重要的意义,同时为进一步进行人字齿轮承载接触分析提供基础研究。
According to the gear meshing principle, based on tooth contact analysis of helical gear, the computer simulation of double helical gear meshing process under five different error conditions are carried out, the analysis and evaluation of quality of the tooth surface contact in the process of trans- mission are carried out, the contact path and transmission error curve in the process of meshing under five different error conditions are acquired. Through the observation of the simulation results, the in- fluence of different error forms on transmission performance of double--helical gear is analyzed. The research is conducive to control the errors in design and manufacture process and has a great guiding significance for improving the transmission quality of double helical gear, it also provide the basic re- search to load tooth contact analysis.
