摘要
利用Auto CAD软件建立了齿轮轴坯料与成形模具的3D模型,并导入DEFORM 3D软件中进行冷挤压成形过程数值模拟,分析了坯料直径和成形道次对坯料填充程度及成形载荷的影响。根据数值模拟结果进行了冷挤压成形实验,综合成形质量与成形载荷,最后认为利用直径18.2mm的坯料进行3道次挤压成形为最合理的成形方案,可以成形出质量合格的产品。
The 3D model of gear shaft and forming die are established with Auto CAD software and then imported into DEFORM 3D software to conduct the numerical simulation of cold extrusion, the influences of blank diameter and forming passes on the degree of filling and forming load are ana- lyzed. Cold extrusion experiments are conducted according to the numerical simulation results, which indicates that the forming scheme by usingφ8. 2mm blank and three forming passes is the most rea- sonable according to comprehensive analysis of forming quality and forming loads, and finally qualified products are obtained.
