摘要
采用水相平衡态镉浓度不变 (0 0 1mg/L) ,增加水铝矿颗粒吸附态镉暴露的实验方法 ,研究了金鱼 (Carassiusauratus)对颗粒态镉的鳃吸收 .结果表明 ,鳃中镉含量均随颗粒态镉暴露浓度增加而增加 ,且镉 /铝含量比明显高于水相 ,从而证实了颗粒态镉的鱼鳃吸收有效性 .金鱼鳃吸收颗粒态镉的主要过程是 :随水流流经鳃表面的颗粒态镉附着在鳃表粘液上 ,在鳃部微环境下 ,吸附的镉发生解吸而被鳃部细胞吸收 .
The uptake of particulate cadmium via gills of goldfish,\%Carassius auratus\% was observed by exposure to a mixture of constant soluble cadmium (0.01?mg/L) and varied concentrations of particulate cadmium.It was found that the concentration of cadmium increased with increased concentration of particulate cadmium,and that the ratios of Cd/Al in gills of the fish exposed to the particulate cadmium was apparently higher than that in the bulk solution.The bioavailability of particulate cadmium via gills of fish was demonstrated.
