自制细丝薄板自动焊机

针对缺少液化石油气储运设备制造所需焊接设备的情况，通过配备合适电源及相关配件，将1台因电源和程控器损坏而闲置的全自动多功能气保焊机改造为1台细丝薄板自动焊机，满足了液化石油气储运设备制造中薄壁（6～8 mm）钢板的焊接要求。应用表明，通过改造自制的细丝薄板自动焊机性能稳定，完全可以用于液化石油气储运设备制造中薄壁（6～8 mm）钢板的焊接。

Aiming at the lack of welding equipment for liquefied petroleum gas storage and trans-portation equipment manufacturing,by means of providing appropriate power and related acces-sories,an automatic gas shielded welding machine is transformed,which is idle due to damaging power and program controller into a filament sheet automatic welding machine.It meets the welding requirement of thin wall （6 ~ 8 mm）steel plate in the course of manufacturing liquefied petroleum gas storage and transportation equipment.The application indicates by means of stabi-lizing transformational stable performance of homemade filament sheet automatic welding ma-chine’s performance,it can be used in thin wall （6 ~8 mm）steel plate welding completely in the course of manufacturing liquefied petroleum gas storage and transportation equipment.
